ADULT SWIM

Adult Swim is the semi-private, self-guided use of the sauna and cold tanks during designated days and times.

It requires the following:
> VIP Membership
> Completion of 2 Deep End classes [DEEP30 or DEEP I]
> Application Approval

Upon approval:
> Reserve a 30-min time slot on the Ethos app
> Up to 6 people will be present per session
> A Deep End Safety Team member will also be present to maintain safety & equipment protocols, and play your favorite songs to keep the vibes high.
